You can set up as many folders as you require within your overall storage limit. A user can then be authorised as an Administrator by the account holder, thereby enabling that person to determine which user has access to which folder. Each folder has its own designated group of users, allowed access to that one folder only.

These days security is a big issue. Companies need to be assured that when they enter a file on an online site, their information remains confidential. And at the same time, to be sure that they are not inviting aggressive viruses into their servers when they upload / download files from your site. Similarly, you wouldn't appreciate a reciprocal situation.
