SecureOffice is a "cloud storage" service, designed for workgroups and small companies. It gives you an extremely secure environment for your files and/or your emails, and an easy way to work together without the need of expensive servers or VPN-solutions.

SecureOffice brings you two services:

workspace to store and share files, and
safemail to receive, send and read your email.

Although both services are integrated, they can easily be used without the other. So, use only workspace, only safemail or use them both! And don't pay for what you don't use!

SecureOffice.workspace gives you a secure workspace on the Internet. Store all kinds of digital files and exchange them with colleagues, clients and friends.

SecureOffice does not charge you per month or per year, nor binds you for a certain period. Instead, it charges you only for what you use. This way, you can have full control over how much you spend. How does it work?

With SecureOffice, you buy credits for any amount you wish. Each time you upload a file, download a file or open it online, your credits are decreased with a number, that corresponds with the size of the file(s). Every day, the credits are also decreased based on the disc space that you occupy, and the number of mailboxes that are available.

This means, that if you don't upload, download or store files for a while, it'll cost you next to nothing.

So, what does it cost then? The costs of usage are as follows:

Upload: € 5.50 (£ 5) per GB^*

Download: € 4.50 (£ 4) per GB^*

Storage: € 1 (£ 1) per GB per month^**

Mailbox: € 0.075 (£ 0.07) per month^**

Account: € 2 (£ 1.80) per month^**

^* charged per file, e.g. to upload a 4MB file costs approx. €0.02.
^** charged per day as 1/31 part of the amount

Create your own folder structure with unlimited subfolders and upload your files via a highly secure and encrypted connection.
Decide yourself with whom of your colleagues you wish to share your files. With Public Folders, you can also share certain files with "outsiders". SecureOffice supports online editing and online slideshows!

With SecureOffice.safemail, you receive secure e-mail for your workgroup using your own e-mail addresses.

You get secure e-mail already for € 0.075 (£ 0.07) or per mailbox per month. Every user gets a lot of tools to manage his own mailbox, such as creating out-of-office replies, aliases and mail groups. Virus scanning, spam filtering, webmail and easy setup are standard.
